"The Soldier's Woman"
Book 1 of  "The Bladewood Legacy"

Some arcane objects are just too dangerous to be in the world.

Paranormal artefact hunter Charlotte Everslea is determined to recover this one and deposit it safely with the Guild. So, nothing is going to stop her; not the war and certainly not one overprotective pigheaded redcoat.

But as she tries to win him over to her cause without sharing her secrets, she has to remind herself why affairs of the heart are impractical for independent ladies with vocations.

Maximillian Bladewood is used to having his orders obeyed, on and off the battlefield. Both his authority and sanity are challenged by a petite hoyden with no sense of danger.

But as he tries to keep her safe from Napoleon’s soldiers, guerrilla fighters and thieves, he has to remind himself why being a soldier is safer than letting your heart be snared.

"Lighthouse" Anthology

A Historical Romance

"A Gift to the Sentinel"
Short Story by K.A. Lyonns
"Forged by storm and lonely watch, the bond of Lighthouse and Keeper is steadfast. But when a lone survivor washes up, it becomes clear the Keeper’s heart has room for more. The Lighthouse learns a new emotion — jealousy."
In: "Lighthouse"
An Anthology
“ From sci-fi and fantasy to romance and crime - and everything in between - Lighthouse features exciting voices from emerging and established Australian writers. ”

— Lorikeet Ink
“The Lighthouse anthology was conceived at a Queensland Writers Centre event for genre fiction, GenreCon in 2019. The intrepid souls, who joked over a concept at dinner, found the idea had taken root overnight. So 15 writers from different genres accepted the invitation to write a short story around the theme of Lighthouses. From concept to actual published book took up most of 2020, a very challenging year in so many other ways. Hopefully you'll enjoy my small contribution, along with paranormal, science fiction, romance and historical stories.”
